I know that I am not alone when I say that everyday just ain’t your best of days. Nothing is right and everything is going wrong… You are just not yourself…. && as much as you try to hide it and keep pressing on, something else gets in the way…

Well, I have been having a lot of days like this and it wears you down… emotionally and physically…. && its hard to explain or talk about… some days “just ain’t my day”

What are you "Dealing" with??

My homie Rob put me on to this video a few weeks ago… && ohhhh weeee… I’m in love with it! [and the lyrics]

These two neo-soul artists are great separately, but together on this track…. they are AMAZING!! [as much so as I hope Trina's new album will be new week... #imjustsaying]

Eric Roberson touches on a very interesting topic of love… that is secret lovers–two people that are secretly in love with someone else even though they are in a relationship with someone else…

I can honestly say that I was in a similar sitaution [without me having someone else because I am NOT a cheater!] && it was intense… now to think about it, I was the other woman… [that's not the same as this then... hmmm...] but I can see how hard it could be… to be with someone that truly care about, but have such an attraction for someone else. Sometimes its not something that you can foresee… && being in that type thing makes you question everything….with your current love, your secret lover, and yourself.

I believe that the major cause of this is one’s history with their ‘main boo’… they have been together soooo long, they have been through this and that, etc. etc. etc…. but when is your comfort level with someone overweigh your true feelings??

I don’t know… maybe I’m wrong for saying that… maybe not, but I think that when you start looking outside of your relationship for something other than what you have or what you are getting… its time to reevaluate things… talk with your current partner, let them know how you are feeling and see if you two can work things out…. before you start “dealing” with someone else…

Good [early] morning! It’s been another sleepless night for me && after watching all the TV series that I can take for one day… I went to one thing that I know will comfort me… MUSIC…

I am always searching for something new… something fresh… something that will make me think… something that I don’t mind putting on repeat… Well, while on Amazon.com [MP3 Download Section] I see Monica && her new album cover for her latest CD coming out soon [Still Standing]… and its a FREE download of a single called ‘One In A Lifetime’…

Now with everything that’s going on with her and her ex [Rocko] this is an interesting chose for her next single after ‘Everything’…

So this new single talks about someone who has let someone go, but then realizes that they are the only one… Love is a powerful thing… It makes you do things that you thought that you would never do at times…. It allows you to experience the greatest things that you could ever imagine…. One day you can be on the highest high and the next be at the lowest point…. But… do you think that this love that we all seek is only its best from one person? Freaknik is BACK too!! [LOL]

Rapper T-Pain is a jack of all trades as he makes his move from music to TV with a 60 minute carton called Freaknik: The Musical. It features T-Pain [of course] as well as Rick Ross, Snoop Dogg and even Lil’ Wayne as Jesus…while others portrayed high-profile figures such as Oprah, Tyra Banks, Russell Simmons, and Bill Crosby…

Freaknik aired on Adult Swim on March 7th…It seems that this cartoon musical will be either loved or hated by those that watch it… I thought that it was cool, funny…

Artist Spotlight: Deena Jonez

I was on Global Grind and can across this article about a female rapper that has a reminisce of artists like Queen Latifah and MC Lyte….so I had to check this rapper. Deena Jonez posted her latest mixtape called Memoirs Of A Libra last month on Datpiff [Click to listen] && it is HARD!! Its unique, its different… Deena hits on all topics such as love, sex, and respect in the game. I know that the ladies will love this mixtape and the fellas will respect it for being a great mixtape!
