I was soooo disappointed when Apple did not reveal a new boo for me at the WWDC this past summer! I’ve had the 3GS since it first came out, so I am overdue for a cellular update…. Right?

Nevertheless… I have been waiting and waiting and waiting for the announcement… and guess what??!!

OCTOBER 4TH is the big date!!

Apple’s slogan for this event is “Let’s talk iPhone.” && I am ready to listen!

With all the rumors that are out there, who knows what to believe we’ll see in the new iPhone. But I just know that it will be worth the wait…

Can’t wait to meet you (again) Mr. iPhone!

Just Ain’t My Day…

I know that I am not alone when I say that everyday just ain’t your best of days. Nothing is right and everything is going wrong… You are just not yourself…. && as much as you try to hide it and keep pressing on, something else gets in the way…

Well, I have been having a lot of days like this and it wears you down… emotionally and physically…. && its hard to explain or talk about… some days “just ain’t my day”

As many of you, I have been through the ups and downs of love and relationships… && when things are at its lowest you wonder ‘why me? why?’… but through the hurt and pain you will see why when someone comes along and it makes everything make sense…

Just because the last one didn’t treat you right doesn’t mean that the next one will… You have to be open to the possibility that there is someone out there that will treat you the way that you deserve… Don’t hold someone back because of what someone is the past has done… Be cautious but don’t let a good one get away because of past mistakes…

I’m happy that my man came into my life (again) when he did… because of past experiences, I am able to fully appreciate everything he does for me!

I am having one of those days… feeling as know the light at the end of the tunnel is so far and everything is blocking me from getting there… && I find this on my bestest roommate Big D…

What a powerful statement…

because we all have had periods/moments in our lives where it seems as though nothing is going right and for every step you take, you get pushed back two more…. But those obstacles, those trials and tribulations, those road blocks are just small hiccups…. that cause you to stumble a bit through life… yet with the strength of God and supportive people, one would NEVER fall…

So although things are not exactly were I want them to do or not were I believe or envision them to be… its only temporary… I will not fall… I will not fail… I will not lose… I will continue to fight to regain my stance… I will stand tall again!

Update#3:Tat, Tat, Tatted Up

Me and the boo headed to Charlotte this weekend… It’s rare that we are off on the same days, so a road trip to get inked sounded great!

He got some helmets added to his gladiator tattoo and I add two more African symbols to my second tattoo on my back.

I have alot of ink right now!! (Seven and counting…) so I think it’s time for a break… Let my man catch up with me then get a few more…

This is the first tattoo I’ve gotten with a boyfriend… All the others have been with friends (all supportive of course) but this was different… I guess you see how they will be there for you… I mean I know he would be there however seeing it in at a time where I was in pain (cause it really did hurt) and how he handled the whole situation was amazing….

Many can talk the talk, but few can walk the walk…&& my baby did that and more…

Well, here’s the work Elmo at Ink Link did for us… Elmo’s a cool chic…

Life can be hard… && place you into all types of situations… No matter what it is, Him will be never put more on you then you can bare… so if Him believes that you can make it through that situation, then you will get through it okay…

We didn’t get tats… but some of us did… [maybe next time...]

anyways… FIRST TATTOO PARTY EVER… && the tattoo artist [Daniel] is a cutie!! {not as cute as my boo OF COURSE}

I think that he did around 10 tats… one being MINES!!

One thing that I know… is that this tattoo HURTS! But, I’m getting great compliments on it… I guess beauty is pain…

so… I did not get a tattoo this weekend… [yeah, yeah... I know...] BUT, this weekend I will be getting one for sure… unless everyone backs out!

My boo got his first tat though!! [he said that it didn't hurt, but from my view, it was a different story...] LOL! It looks great… && he is already thinking about the next tattoos he wants to get!
